THE TRIAL PROCESS

At PFT Academy, we do not offer trials throughout regular sessions and instead run dedicated Trial Days. We made this decision to protect the structure and progression of our current classes, ensuring existing athletes can continue developing without disruption from regular drop-in trials.

This also prevents new athletes from feeling intimidated or isolated when entering an established group mid-session. Our Trial Days create a relaxed, welcoming environment where athletes can meet the coaching team, experience the culture, and receive a professional assessment to find the most suitable class and grading pathway.

Community & Open Training

DROP-IN & SOCIAL

Beyond our structured classes, we offer various ways to experience PFT Academy through self-discovery and family fun.

Drop-In SEN Session

A calm, open, and welcoming space for self-discovery rather than structured coaching. Coaches are present for safety in a non-pressured environment where creativity comes first. Adult accompaniment required.

Open Gym / Drop-In

Train at your own pace. Coaches lead a warm-up and basics section, then remain available to observe, support, move equipment, and offer guidance or challenges where needed.

Family Fun Days

Free-roam sessions for families to enjoy PFT Academy together. Separate age-group slots ensure activities are suitable for every stage. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
